Cookie policy

Audience measurement — “_ga” and “_ga_<id>” (Google Analytics): tell visits apart with a random identifier; lifetime of 13 months at most.

None of these cookies is set, and Google Tag Manager is not loaded, until you accept the corresponding category. If you withdraw your consent, they are deleted.

When you add a property to your favorites, its identifier is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key “mrc-favorites”. Nothing else is stored: no name, no email address, no data about you, and the list is not sent to us.

The list stays in your browser until you remove your favorites or clear this site’s data. It serves only the service you ask for by pressing the heart, so it does not require consent.

Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key “mrc-consent”: the version of the text you saw, the categories accepted or refused, and the date. It is kept for 6 months, after which you are asked again; you are also asked again if the categories offered change. This record serves only to respect your choice, so it does not require consent.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, refuse all or choose category by category; refusing is as easy as accepting, and no optional category is ticked in advance. You can change your choice at any time from the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Two third-party services may receive a request from your browser: OpenStreetMap, only if you scroll a property page down to the map; and Trustindex (with profile pictures served by Google), only on the home page, as you approach the reviews section. Photographs are served by this website; if its image optimisation service is temporarily unavailable, a photograph may be loaded directly from Supabase storage. None of these services sets a cookie through this site.

Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp appear on the website. They are ordinary links: no content from those services is embedded and none of their scripts is loaded.
