Comprising a main villa (4 bedrooms, 8 guests), a guest house (1 independent bedroom, 2 guests) and a caretaker's cottage (sleeps 2), all set in 320 m2 of living space (250 m2 reserved for VIPs) + 200 m2 of outdoor living space (covered terraces, pergola, ramade and balconies) on 4,800 m2 of landscaped grounds planted with Mediterranean species and overlooking the vineyards of the Belle Isnarde hill (dominating sea views over the Baie des Canoubiers and Château Borelli). Ideally located halfway between Place des Lices and Tahiti beach (5 minutes by car), and 200 m from the 5-star Château de la Messardière Palace.

PAYMENT :
For each confirmed reservation, a deposit must be paid by the customer. The balance of the rent must then be paid.
CAUTION :
At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any potential damage during your stay.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PROPERTY
- Cleaning service 0€
- Linen, bath and shower towels, laundry service, hairdryer, beauty and body care products (L'Occitane en Provence) provided. Weekly visit from the Piscinist and Gardeners (Thursday or Friday afternoon). For this reason, we suggest that our guests spend the day at the beach from 11am to 6pm. To avoid noise pollution.

- 1 Multi-Property, Concierge, Travel & Lifestyle Manager, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in person for several hours a day and contactable by email or mobile phone at any time. 1 Housekeeper to set up the breakfast, cleaning and laundry displays for guests, available from 8am for 6.5 hours a day, 7 days a week.
