Chalet Les Chavants is a superb chalet ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the famous "La Verte" ski run in Les Houches. It offers breathtaking views of the Aiguilles de Chamonix and Mont Blanc.

This magnificent chalet has 5 bedrooms spread over 3 levels and can comfortably accommodate 10 + 2 people. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall, a wellness area with sauna, study (6th bedroom optional), ski room, laundry room and garage access. On the first floor you'll find the living room with its beautiful traditional wood-burning fireplace, a dining area, large picture windows overlooking a superb landscaped garden and a jacuzzi. The chalet has an open-plan kitchen with a bar, making it a very convivial place to entertain guests and the perfect place for a chalet ski holiday. The living room opens onto a covered terrace giving direct access to a large enclosed garden and a jacuzzi with its ozone filtration system. On the same floor, the master suite with its fireplace, bathroom and shower also has balcony access onto the terrace. A cinema lounge and library complete this floor. Moving up to the upper floor of the chalet, you'll find a large hall with four beautiful double en-suite bedrooms with twin beds, all with balconies and superb views of the surrounding mountains, including the magnificent Mont Blanc massif.

PAYMENT :
For each confirmed reservation, a deposit must be paid by the customer. The balance of the rent must then be paid.

At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any potential damage during your stay.
