Kanalia is a luxury estate, set on an elevated hill facing Mykonos town, Little Venice and all the ships entering the harbour. The Villa enjoys stunning sunset views, while a circle of the islands of Tinos, Syros, Diles, Yaros and Baos mark the Cyclades horizon.

Numerous spacious terraces with over a dozen sumptuous seating areas make it ideal for endless sunbathing, relaxing and romantic al fresco dining.

Kanalia is one of the largest villas on Mykonos, built on a plot of over 4,400 m², and offers the ideal holiday destination for large families or groups of friends (from 10 to 14 people).

The main villa is a 5-bedroom, en-suite residence (605 m²) that can accommodate a family of 10.

The independent guest house (60 m²) can accommodate a family of 4 (2+2).

There is also a fully equipped studio (25 m²) for domestic staff (cleaning lady).

The nearest small beach is just 500 metres away and a heliport is 200 metres away.

The Villa has an infinity pool surrounded by sculpted granite boulders, a pool bar, large pergolas with windscreens and a dozen terraces and lounges for relaxing and dining for up to 20 people. Also available are a barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven, geothermal systems to heat and cool the floors, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, an organic vegetable garden and ample parking.

Villa Kanalia has three levels:

The upper level (80 m²) includes the master bedroom with its own spacious shower room, a hall-dressing room and 2 private verandas with incredible views.
The entrance level, adjacent to the pool, includes the open-plan kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, hall, fireplace, toilet, large pergolas, verandas, numerous terraces, barbecue, pool bar with views of the sea and fabulous sunsets.
The ground floor has 4 bedrooms [ 27, 25, 16 & 25 m² ] all with double beds.
All rooms have en suite shower rooms, air conditioning, verandas and sea views.

There is also a second entrance to the Villa on this level for easy, direct access.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

PAYMENT :
For each confirmed reservation, a deposit must be paid by the customer. The balance of the rent must then be paid.

CAUTION :
At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any potential damage during your stay.
