The immense 500 m2 terrace overlooks the turquoise waters of the Arena beach, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot via a private path. The property also boasts a large 13-metre heated swimming pool, an orangery and a pétanque court. The village and port of Cassis are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
