Villa Dimitris, built in stone, has been designed in accordance with the rules of Cycladic architecture and in perfect harmony with the natural environment. The recently renovated residential complex consists of a panoramic main villa and five studios, each of which can accommodate up to 16 people and is rented exclusively to a group of families or friends. The main panoramic villa has three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, three bathrooms, a living room, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 6 people. Downstairs from the main panoramic villa are the resort's five elegant studios, which enjoy equally enchanting sea views. Each has a large bedroom with king-size beds and anatomical mattresses, ideal for quality sleeping, a reception area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
Villa Dimitris has two public and one private parking space, a jacuzzi, a reception area, a communal outdoor dining table for meals or dinner, a small fitness centre, a ΒΒQ, a wood-burning oven, a table tennis table and a flower garden.

For each confirmed reservation, a deposit must be paid by the customer. The balance of the rent must then be paid.
