Villa Aspro offers 4 functional, modern bedrooms designed to provide a comfortable night's sleep and 3 bathrooms. The maximum capacity is 8 people sleeping in 3 double beds and 2 single beds. This two-storey villa can easily offer moments of relaxation with its unlimited views of the ocean. Guests of the villa can relax in front of a panoramic view of Kalafati beach. The balconies and terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers, are ideal for spending evenings admiring the sunset. The functional kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and cutlery. A capsule espresso machine is available, as well as a blender and food processor. Wi-Fi is available and there is a flat-screen HD TV. Laundry facilities such as iron/ironing board/washing machine and hoover are also available. In the Villa you will also find, apart from coffee, free morning snacks to start your day.

Villa Aspro is a new 150m² villa inspired by Mykonian's bright, minimalist architecture. The villa is located on the unique beach of Agia Anna in the Kalafatis area and guests can easily visit to spend the day. This property with its ideal location allows guests to easily visit the famous beaches and organized activities in the vicinity of Kalo livadi and Lia where they can dine, have lunch in various well-known restaurants or enjoy water sports and diving! The villa is just a 20-minute drive from Mykonos airport, which is accessible by car and taxi. Mykonos town, the hotspot and the centre are a 20-minute drive away.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

PAYMENT : For each confirmed reservation, a deposit must be paid by the customer. The balance of the rent must then be paid. CAUTION : At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any potential damage during your stay.
